about
Ashley Larkin is a licensed psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, and artist whose work lives at the intersection of emotional healing and creative expression.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we are allowed to bring our whole selves into the room — our history, culture, spirituality, creativity, and lived experience. She integrates family systems theory, mindfulness-informed practice, somatic awareness, and anti-oppressive frameworks to support individuals and families in reconnecting with their own sense of internal safety, self-trust, and agency.
Ashley’s work is deeply informed by her own lived exploration of presence, nervous system care, and the steady cultivation of equanimity in the face of life’s unpredictability. What began as a personal need for refuge became a lifelong devotion to exploring how we curate our attention in a noisy world — and how mindful, skillful living helps us meet life as it is. She creates spaces where others can feel seen, supported, and empowered to do the same.
In addition to her clinical work, Ashley has spent over 15 years in the wellness and creative industries, including serving as Head of Wellness for an award-winning mindfulness platform committed to expanding access to contemplative practice for underserved communities. She has worked in community mental health, recovery settings, and integrative treatment programs, always with a focus on making healing more relational, accessible, and human.
At the heart of everything she does is a simple commitment: to help people remember their agency, reclaim their inner authority, and cultivate lives rooted in presence, integrity, and an awake relationship with life.
